New shows this September?

Not sure if all are out soon, or if UK channels have bought the rights to all of them, but they are all coming soon in USA.

Elementary - Wait to see if it is as good as Sherlock

Vegas - Hmmm.

Nashville - country music but if you like Hayden Panettiere :D

Chicago Fire - We are running low on US emergency service shows since ER/Greys Anatomy etc finished, so I guess this is the next one.

Last Resort - At least it isn't another police series with an unusual kink. Sort of Crimson Tides meets Lost meets The Event

666 Park Avenue - I can only see John Locke in whatever he is in.

Elementary looks like it has potential! Hoping it's coming over here.

Undecided about Vegas, we'll see.

And Hayden Panettiere in that.. In that... Wowzers :eek::eek::D

I have the following tee'd up on my calendar:

Alphas S2
Revolution S1
Sons of Anarchy S5
Shameless S10
Modern Family S4
The Big Bang Theory S6
Homeland S2 (1st Oct air date)

I have a diverse range of programmes I like :)

Not much new taking my fancy, will take a look at Revolution

Im in the process of going back over some of the longer running series that ive never watched, as a general rule it seems to be that if something gets 4-5 seasons in the US is isnt too bad

Have Fringe ready, Falling Skies was tough to watch only made 2 episodes in,
Just finished Dexter upto end of S6 which i enjoyed

Elementary looks like a replacement for House, very similar main characters.

That's because House is based on Sherlock Holmes.

Apart from 666 Park Avenue, Revolution and perhaps Nashville, I'm thinking of checing out Go On and Arrow.

Go on is yet another show trying to put Chandler(at his worst) in a new location.

Everything Perry has done where he's been Chandler, including the last half of friends, has been abysmal, Studio 60/West Wing and a couple bit parts he's done elsewhere he's been fantastic. Go on is painfully awful.

Partners, new, woeful. Ben and Kate, predictable and not great but significantly less bad than the other two. Copper is alright, Vegas has potential for sure. I couldn't get through more than the first 15 mins of Revolution before my Cliche metre blew and I had to turn it off, I might see if I can sit through the rest.

Last Resort maybe has the most potential of any show but also looks a bit, well, like it will end up explained like Lost ended up explained and be a pile of turd.

Some really good stuff coming back though, Community is still a month away though :(
