Abu Hamza extradition backed by European Court

He is an azzwipe and does not belong in a country he hates. Send him away to be flogged and jailed in a filth infested pit for eternity. He doesnt deserve any 'human rights'

It's people like him who most deserve human rights. Not for him personally - I don't care what happens to him - but for the principle. Human rights must apply to everyone or they'll apply to no-one. It's like freedom of speech - it's the most offensive speech that needs the most protection because that's where the entire principle stands.

For him personally, I wouldn't care if he's thrown in a pit that anyone passing by and their dogs are free to use as a toilet. For the principle of human rights, I care a great deal.

He has got his uses ...

BREAKING - High Court grants temporary injunction banning extradition of Abu #hamza to US, will it considers whether to listen to appeal

High Court judges decides Abu #Hamza's appeal against US extradition will be heard in open court. Date to be fixed as a matter of urgency

This is exactly the Daily Mail attitude that I don't agree with. He may not deserve them in my opinion, or anyone else's in this thread, or indeed the country, but basic human rights should not be subject to removal under any circumstances.

His wasn't a Daily Mail attitude, I don't think he's made it past the Sun yet.

Let's hope they clear the decks and hear this appeal tomorrow then send him packing the following day.

I don't really understand Abu Hamza.

How can he live in a western country whilst claiming benefits from them yet preach hatred against the same country?

Why does anyone listen to him?

A bullet would have been a lot cheaper than all these appeals and court cases IMO. I can't believe how he's being allowed to blatantly play the system like this. Someone in govt needs to get some balls, say enough is enough and kick him out.

I highly doubt that there'd be any comebacks seeing as the ECHR have given the extradition their blessing.
