Chippy for £1??

Saveloy? Sounds like a willy infection.

A tasty one.....

Marinis opened up near me a few years back and I found it rank (I love my chippies!)
Pizza crunch was balls too, and chips soggy and poor.
I then worked deliveries for them as a quick something on the side at weekends and the back shop where all the prep is done put me off for good!

Ended up getting shut down for non payment of electricity and gas for a period too.
As you can tell I don't rate them highly :P

I miss Fish and Chips. Wish there was a decent place to get them from in Manchester.

strange statement, I'm sure there are plenty?

For by far the best fish and chips ever though, Grandma Pollards in Todmorden, only 30 minutes from the city centre

To be fair the one on low waters road here always tried to shortchange you and were rude as ****. That is now closed though :)

The one in Burnbank used to try and give you rolls with blue mold on them, had the most disgusting coloured roof from the grease(I think?) and was generally rank.

Divitos or Equis is where I tend to go. Clean and I have mates in Equis :)
