Leave it alone, it just had a decade and a bit hangover.

Well they've been trying to get hold of me.
But why on earth do banks phone you and expect you to hand over security details to an automated system. How do I know it's the bank. Why don't they send you a text/phone calling giving you a reference number and say check website for phone number.

No problems with LloydsTSB on either Internet or Card in a shop @ 5pm so issue must be solved for them.
