Just use Valbuena as a target man, he will easily out jump and outmuscle my defenders.

I tend to play on ultra defensive too. But purely to try block of them punts down the pitch. Its bloody annoying when you are up against a player like that. But having ultra defensive seems to work a bit.
I still say though the defensive AI is stupid as hell though. EA really need to patch that or something. Seeing your defenders just spread apart to let a ST run through the middle of them or give space for a smashing shot is annoying as hell too.

Tiote is decent agreed. Who you want depends on your style. Parker, Fellaini, Lucas (though not a rare) are also good options, but their work rate and attack rate differs. Again depends on what you're after!
This is my only team at the moment. Full silver Liga MX beast team.
This team is so much fun to play with. Rotate Gomez, Garcia and Nigris and they are all strength beasts. They just plow through defenses with strenth and Garcia can't half slap them in from distance. Suarez and Beasly/Rodriguez for pace down the wings and my back 5 are pretty solid. Castillo has smashed a few in from distance as well.
Will probably build a Gold team later on but enjoying this at the moment.

Great player in '13. Permanent fixture in my 3-5-2, other CDM spot I rotate between Parker and Anita (who has a lot of pace, 83 iirc), but less defensive attibutes than Tiote.
Yaya Toure? Bought him yesterday.
I also have, Scott Parker & Lucas Levia.
All the above are in 41212 formation.
I'm finding Div 2 in FUT Online Seasons hard to get out of, in fact I'm only just avoiding relegation.
Very rarely have a close game, I'm either getting battered or winning comfortably.

Isn't he just? I had him for 10 games and he was just face palm in every game. I really don't see how his stats are so high, he does not perform to those stats. Maybe its down to his height?
Buffon is cheaper and much better, best keeper in the game IMO.
Sold this team after 5 games. Made a loss of 50k on it. :/

Paid 550k for it and even though it has its good points, it just wasn't fun to play with. Rooney is an absolute beast however. Maybe once prices of the BPL players come down I will re-visit it so I can play with Rooney again.
