Basically, a man was fined for chucking a apple core into a hedge.
Opinions?
Personally, I think it's ridiculous. If anything, it's adding nutrients to the soil and no-ones going to care about it in a hedge. If it was a can or a crisps packet, I would understand. But not a apple core.
