Get crit chance on your gear rather than via Sharpshooter, this will free up a passive slot.
Start adding in some all resistance as well, I'd be aiming for 300 or so all res for Act 2.
Also your build is not ideal, Twin Chakaram is very weak, try using Elemental Arrow - Frost Arrow or Ball Lightning.
You would probably get more single target dps out of Hungering Arrow - Devouring Arrow until your passive crit chance is over about 35% then you can consider switching back to Spray of Teeth. Or bola shot isnt too bad actually if you can deal with the delayed damage.

Just recently bought this after defeating the Skelton king for the 400th time on the Starter edition...
I've played D2 but me and a friend have recently started on D3 (A little late to the party)
I'm really enjoying playing through with my Barb. Only level 34 at the moment and just started the first act on the next difficulty level.
I need to go through my build soon but really enjoying play as it is...

Could try and swap out your weapon and amulet and maybe some rings for some items with life on hit.
Life on hit has realy helped my build, combined with 450 all res, it allows me to survive long enough for my damage to matter.

I have played 172 hours so far and have not played that much in the last few weeks. Might start it up again when patch comes out as last patch sort of made all my items worthless.
This thread has died a lot,il be posting once the new patch hits probably sold all my character gear and dont want to buy anything until it arrives
Was thinking of giving it another go when the new patch hits also... but still the same 4 acts, not sure I could face running them many more times.

I know exactly what you mean. They promised randomization and there was none what so ever. Not even monster types of placement. Every single time, map is exactly the same, monster in the same place same everything.

haha nice flip brok! Sold the oculus ring i found for 80 mil yesterday and made 20mil off my skorn so not a bad day for me either 
Just level'd a barb to 60 so could do with some gear not got anything for him yet

Ive just done the same, sold my wiz gear and getting my paragon up, gona upgrade when 1.0.5 hits. I think ive got some stuff 2 if u need?
