Stole items selling in EBAY.

We know the shop who is selling this "ITEM" at 10 minutes walking from our house.

The guys that broke into our house, they know were we live, and who knows if they are working together... The guy in the shop and those thieves...
 
I will call the police and get some sort of advice or instructions. But if u don't mind me asking what item is it? Cos if it's something like a brand bag or clothes etc u could ask for the serial and say you want to make sure it's authentic? There are ways round it

First up, stop typing "ITEM", it's annoying. The shop isn't allowed to sell illegal things so just say what it is or say item(s) normally.

Second, ring the police back and ask for an update

Third, go to the shop and look at the items, see if you can actually be 100% sure they are yours. If so speak to the shop manager.
 
OK guys really thanks we are a friend of mine and myself and all Overclockers.co.uk xDD helping and just thinking in the best solution I don't want to provide names or dates or whatever for security reasons.

Waiting for the police to tell us something and I'll let you know, we got screenshots of the selling and so on...

Go to the shop, ask them where they got the items (pretend to be intrested in buying) and when they say they were second hand you can say they were stolen from you and ask for them back.

Police as backup.

Well guys, it wasn't our ITEM no idea if they have changed the labels or whatever, I don't thinks so but is so weird an ITEM that is LIMITED EDITION, I can't believe it well thanks for everything guys...

As for the OP. It's quite simple. If you think the shop is in on it, or just for the hell of it, pay for the items through PayPal, then once you have received the goods do a charge back through PayPal for whatever reason you like.

You get your stuff back and your money...oh and then move. :D

In all seriousness though, have the police not said anything yet?
 
If you can prove that they are yours and were stolen from you, they still are your items, and there will be no problem in getting them back, even if the current holder isn't the person who committed the robbery.

Did you call the police when you were initially robbed? Call them back and quote the CRN they gave you the first time and tell them you may have tracked down the items.
