Decided to have a go on Blops earlier. Really enjoyed it. Apart from the 2 lobbies with Spanish hosts! If this game plays the same then i'll be happy.

it plays faster than blops 1 but not as fast as mw3

I actually meant with regards to the netcode/matchmaking. I don't think the Blops netcode or whatever is as good as MW2 but it's miles better than MW3 and it least it's playable.

here's hoping that its as good as the Blops net code or better.

They've done everything else right so far so fingers crossed this is going to be a belter !

i went back to black ops a few weeks ago after playing mw3 since release,i thought black ops was great but when you actually go back its not as great as i thought,i think mw3 looks and plays better.I will be getting black ops 2 but from what i have seen i am just expecting it to play exactly like black ops

Tbh I think mw2 has way out lived mw3 - the maps are so much better. You just gotta try an ignore the bs. There was still however bs in mw3 and sniping was half the fun.

Yes and they've been fine. A few people have also recieved copies of previous CODs earlier than the tuesday.

My copy of BlackOps came 2 days late from Tesco. I'm giving them 1 more chance with this game.

Seems a better way of doing DLC, although I wont be buying the season pass, I'll stick to buying the packs as they come out when I know what is in them.

Not buying any sort of pass, PS3 get's screwed over, won't even have all MW3 DLC until AFTER BO2 release. It's nothing short of ridiculous.

Try to actually go to sleep during the week at some point!

Still undecided if I'll be getting this, it mainly depends on of it a decent group get it, then I may consider renewing my Live sub as well.
