Call of Duty: Black Ops II

I have 4 days off shift from the 13th. I will pick this up I think. I like what I'm seeing both with the interactive dragon lair single player game and the zombie campaign/combat training :)

Tesco will no doubt do an offer for the game and live 12 months so I will just get that.

I hope it is, I want my Batman logo again without having to craft it.

I hope Black Ops II has the decent stat tracking that was in the first one and doesn't requires us to exit and go into a totally different app to get such basic info.*

i was watching a vid of a guy using the crossbow,tri bolts got me a abit excited.I hope they have abit of a wide spray so you can stick multiple enemys at once
 
Elite and extra content should have always been separate. Makes people feel less ripped after actually logging into elite and realising you get sod all for the money :p

We had some awesome private matches. Sticks and stones was crazily fun.

So elite is now totally separate to the content.

Makes sense. Battlelog for battlefield is completely free with the Battlefield premium service just offering a season pass.

Activision couldn't justify charging for a service most felt wasn't worth the money and your competitors are offering for free
 
Had a quick go on this the other day, hard to give a good review as I only got to play one team deathmatch. Enjoyed it a lot tho, some interesting new kill streaks, and the map was really well laid out. Will defiantly be purchasing.
 
I didn't like the Blops SP campaign that much. This looks pretty decent though. Loving the batman style grappling hook!
 
WTF only about 3 seconds of that is actual in game footage if that. The grappling hook is a cutscene.

Now I'm not saying that isn't an awesome trailer because it is and so is the music accompanying it but that is not a game play trailer. It's a cutscene trailer.

So I have no idea how anyone could say the single player looks anything from 57 seconds of cutscene :D
 
Just played a few games of black ops and you can tell it was the first cod with lag compensation, because when its playable its quite fun, but when you get on the bad side of it, it's even more unplayable than mw3 when it's own lag comp kicks in.
 
apparently all online games have lag compensation in them otherwise they'd just be unplayable. BUT I do think that the problems in COD started with Blops and got worse in MW3. Even thought 90% of the time Blops is fine for me now.
I think part of the problem for us in the UK is that we always get lumped with people from Europe rather than just people from the UK.
