I used to CPU contain and use my player to cover passes. This doesn't really work as CPU contain leaves massive gaps for the through ball.

At the moment I'm standing off with my player covering the pass which works well until you meet a dribbler then he takes the player on and then I have to bring a player out which leaves gaps.

This way I find more successful than the CPU contain way of FIFA 12 thoughts?

I play 352, my tactic is to mass the middle and leave them wide passing options to make them run down the wing and cross. Seems to be easy to defend crosses tbh.

Fellaini at CDM and Gerrard at CAM
Valencia at RM and Johnson at RM

Sometimes Santi Cazorls at CDM, simply because I dont have that many good players at the moment for that position

I already own Dede and Felipe Santana which is why I put them there. I did look at Kaka, but thought that the higher defensive workrate of both Lucas and Ramires would make me more solid in the middle. I do like Kaka though, I had him in my La Liga team and really liked him.
 
What the hell is going off we joe hart? Is he even possible to score past? 33 shots on target and not 1 went in the back of the net.

Pulls a few stupid faces in euro and now he is te messiah on Fifa.

Glad my kid is at school, been F'in and blinding at the top of my voice at TV for last 20min lol.
 
Good games last night Tim David Luis was immense for you I've not tried him yet.im not happy with nani didn't seem to want to fly down the wing and for a non skiller like myself he was a bit of a waste.

On another note for this year FIFA love child see Muriel in serie a ,total monster its nilmar all over but with plays on shoulder trait and 91 pace with huge aggresion and power he was unstoppable.i was totally destroyed by him and zarate last night :(

Yeah gg's mate, The 3-5-2 was so much more solid of a team, although that 2nd match things just went bllistic all over :D Funny how the 3 cb's in 3-5-2 cost 1/8 of Kompany's cost and absolutely beasted things, had 2 matches with the 3-5-2 team after you and won both 8-2 :eek:

Was Muriel the one beasting you after we played, kept getting pop ups of your results & wincing for you :(

Yeah, not sure Nani is for you, in seriousness, you could prob play N'Zogbia and get more out of him with your style of wing usage, or we could swap? :)

My defending is really down to how the other person plays, I'll generally charge in/pressure with CDM's but try and keep the back line intact, obviously doesn't always work out that way, specially when Maicon is in the team!

Willl happily give you a few games at some point if you want, I find it hard to describe how I play, especially as swear words are banned on here!!

Defin give you few games tonight or some night.

Be good to see how someone else plays. Strange as win some games 5-0 etc then lose others 4,5 - 2 :mad:
