I think most people are the same...say if you are on a night out and 2 women show an interest in you, one is a size 16/18 and the other is a size 8/10...which one are you going to want to know more about?

My wife is losing weight she is on our running machine 4 times a week (30-45mins).
And all I had to do was join a gym go 5 times a week and drop 2 stone

+ I am getting much more sex. She must think, I will get fit and keep running lol

Tell you what through. my gf upped her game in the bedroom since me losing loads of weight (16 Kg so far) She finds me way more attractive and also a bit worried about me getting attention from others (which has been happening recently).
