there need to be organisations with the aim of integrating not discriminating
What exactly do you mean by that?

I hate everyone equally, it's just easier that way.

You may not see it as a problem, but that doesn't mean that it's not still a significant problem.
Well said, and yes white people can win mobo's, Eminem has won at the mobo's as have no doubt many other non black artists.
Mobo means MusicOfBlackOrigin and is simply a factual statement, racists however seem to get their knickers in a twist about it as many of them are a bit stupid and don't understand![]()
The idea is that they face special issues, which you as a white man do not. In football, for example, you don't see white people being racially abused... but black people have bananas thrown at them/endure monkey chants/etc.
The problem with that is whilst white artists can win MOBOs they can only do so when they are artists doing so-called 'urban' music whereas black artists can do any style of music (regardless of origin) and still be considered.
For example, Samantha Mumba makes pop music no different to Kylie yet she gets nominated for MOBOs.
For example this year Rebecca Ferguson and Emelie Sande are nominated for best female yet niether (IMO) make music of black origin, they make ballards. What is different between the type of music Sande makes and Adele (who isn't nominated)?
any organisation that bases it's membership on skin colour is discriminatory, that can't be argued against, how on earth can this help integration and harmony ?

So how do you suppose that racism is tackled in football if there is nobody to push the agenda?
not for me to sort but however they do it it needs to be done on an inclusive basis
I would argue that if this is going to be given the priority that is needed you need to have people who a)know what the issues are and b) have experienced it so they are motivated to change it. TBH the people affected are the most qualified to push the agenda.
yes but how is seperating themselves on the grounds of skin colour going to help ? they should "push the agenda" from an inclusive organisation
Perhaps they're separating themselves on the basis of who is affected and skin colour is just a correlation?
Imagine the uproar if we were to create a "white persons football association".

Why have I always had an issue with the mobo's (music of black origin).
What would this "white footballer's association" fight for?
That's irrelevant.
