Minister - don't bring uni fees into this, if one is so stupid that they don't understand they won't have to pay the fees until they get a liveable salary, one probably shouldn't go to uni

Do you know that the £21,000 was the amount that you started to pay it back in the late 90s before they changed it and that was for only 5k, I think that was the max. did you know university was free?

I like to ask you a question, according to YOU we should never close our doors and always welcome eveyone in, how long do you think it would last, how long would it take you to change your mind, and once you changed your mind can i call you a bigot?.
There is a very clear difference between "always welcome everyone" and the policy that is actually in place in this country. We don't welcome every John, Dick and Harry into this country as you are seeming to imply.
Immigration is necessary to expand and increase the skill base in this country.
As I mentioned above though, if you don't like it then find somewhere else to live.

I think the way that immigration is portrayed in the Media is a contributing factor to some of his views.
I don't really see the Bigot argument though, unless I'm taking what he is saying in the wrong way.
Minister, are you implying that we should shut off our borders completely, allowing No-one in ?
Just on these two points. I don't really want to get involved, but as long as I stay on the debate side of this instead of the **** flinging side I don't mind.
Immigration is definitely not necessary to expand and increase the skill base, we just import a lot of our skill. Which is a shame and says a lot about our systems, but what can we do.
The second point though, why should anyone have to move because they disagree with the way their country is being run, surely they should be allowed to voice their opinion?
The entire world is overpopulated at the moment, and people continue to live and procreate in areas that cannot sustain anymore life (Think Africa) and we continue to let them and/or help where we can. I'm not saying we should stop doing this, I'm just saying that maybe we need to have a little think about controlling a problem that could be catastrophic soon with a world that really doesn't need as many people in it.

What policy? What policy do we have in place for Europe? please would really like to know. What policy do we have for Intra company transfer? There is no policy in this country, Its open doors as soon as you say asylum. How many asylum seekers has this country return none.
We have a skill base, when you hear companies who complain about skills etc.. they dont want skills they want cheap labour, they want to pay min wage, they want part time workers.
It might come to that, this country can not grown food for the population it has now, this country does not have the required energy fields it needs for an increasing population, this countries infrastructure is falling apart.
Now the pension bill, if we allow more people in then our pension bill will grow, so we need even more workers etc... and because we need more workers our social bill will grow.
Rents in this country are on the border of becoming unaffordable,we have more people coming in than we have building programmes.

Do you expect a prize from this, even if you're correct which is still far from being determined. Perhaps a badge or a Man of Honour award? Some Haribo? Maybe a sticker which reads, "I posted dumb stuff on the internet and eventually I was right!"?
Do you think this makes your other posts more relevant (or even readable) and more worthy of consideration? Should we plumb them for new depths of knowledge, for information we missed the first time?
Your posts are dreadful, uninspiring and habitually lacking in fact even though this is a word you enjoy misusing. If 'calling it first' will help improve this situation then knock yourself out, take the made-up Gold Internet Badge for Calling It First and start posting properly you terrible interneter.
