I already have an M4 and am happy with it.

Thinking if getting on for my other computer, but there seem to be faster drives avaialble:

What SSD around the £80-£90 mark is best?

Are the Sandforce issues over now?

yeah its sandforce controlled 550mb read/500 write

It seem to make more sense for me to buy a the 520 as it's cheaper and faster than the M4.

It also comes with a bracket as far as I understand?

Only thing is I was looking at firmware and the last time Intel released firware for this ssd was last year.

i had an m4 and corsair force gt,both were just as quick to me,so id doubt youd tell the difference
