Pepsi = Heartburn

No fizzy pop at all. Not good for your teeth. My dentist told me so.

However I drink loads of energy drinks instead. :D

I drink a glass of coke in the mornings to get my caffeine fix otherwise I get severe withdrawal symptoms by about 1 o clock if I don't. But i'm not a tea/coffee drinker, i see it as the same as having a cup of coffee in the morning really just a little fix.

Except a cup of coffee won't rot your teeth away.

Coke has a ridiculous amount of sugar in it.

In fact any carbonated drink is bad for you and Energy drinks are double bad, they tend to contain high quantities of taurine which destroys your liver.

I don't know if this is normal, but just being hungry gives me the burns. I cancel it out by eating something.

I've had this for years.

even water can give me heart burn now. I've got tablets to sort it out but always forget to take them.

my owe fault, years of heavy drinking and bad diet

Get this with ribeana, doesn't matter what time of day I drink it - I can drink other juices to without issue, but within minutes of a sip of ribeana and I can feel my body trying to digest itelf from the inside out :(

+1

I get this as well, but strangely only with the diluting stuff and not the premixed bottles.

I drank a lot of fizzy drinks which included pepsi, and decided to give them up for the sake of health. Iv been drinking water and tea for the past 3 weeks, quite amazing how good i feel giving up that crap.

Yeah the placebo effect is quite amazing.

More like an intense pressure on your chest, or atleast thats what I feel

Sounds more like heart attack than heartburn which is characterised by a burning sensation funnily enough...

Never had heartburn from drinking pepsi, coke or any fizzy drink for that matter. In fact, I find that it actually helps to alleviate heartburn. That said, drinking fizzy drinks in the morning is just wrong.

I get heartburn from all fizzy drinks! Not allowed to drink fizzy drinks after my operation now, so Im making the most of it now and putting up qith the heartburn
