Bibbleq has flashed his phone with the generic GB variant. Its not stock P4U but the lock is still in place.
I can confirm that the German and Vodafone Italian firmware versions made no difference either

No review site worth anything at all would compare battery life on anything but a phone by phone basis so feel free to show me your sources where a reputable review site states "Windows Phone 8 has better battery life then Android". Android battery life differs massively depending on manufacturer's software implementations. Again your talking complete crud, but Ill leave you to your blind fanboidem.
I'm a technical person, not a troll accusing people of lying.
Bibbleq a few pages back in your guide, you mention about line 12
Is this really necessary? Does it error with out? Also do you know if anybody has tried to change the name of the file to the same as the EE file name?
As nikh23 mentioned, the battery life is pretty poor. I have cycled mine several times now, but no real massive improvement.
I'm not saying it's a terrible phone...But it's not the last word in smartphone technology.
My last phone was a note 2. But i also have an iphone 4 too...
But before i get slated, i'm no fanboy...I appreciate good solid tech, no matter the vendor...
I'm kind of still on the fence...
Just went outside and took a couple of pictures.
Something really is not right with the camera, just looks wrong.
Camera on Auto default settings, flash off, files from phone to imageshack with no editing or compression.

Wonder how long until Nokia fix it and if people with the "custom" EE/P4U firmware will have to wait longer while they verify the update?
Just rang t-mobile, they don't know if they've sent ANY out, but it *should* be here be the 23rd, but they don't know.
Thanks T-Mobile!!!! Awesome launch!!!![]()

I think they look good but there is a slight lack of sharpness to them unlike the iphone 5/4s. I do feel the same way, but what I will say and correct me if you feel differently is that I feel the colour representation is far superior to other smart phone. So much more realistic in my opinion from the shots I have taken.
Mine is going back...Whatsapp on it is terrible...truly awful...
Its clunky and barely usable...
If you have more than one gmail account, it does not allow the second gmail account to be synced instantly...the minimum time it will check for content is 15 mins...
Its pretty poor...
