Which Jobs Pay Well But Aren't Too Demanding?

That teaching one is incorrect, Teachers are paid the same, no matter the gender.

It starts at around 22k a year and raises 1-1.5k a year untill the 20 year mark i think then its capped.

I imagine it has something to do with Men staying in the job longer due to not having to leave work for maternity cover. I think female teachers could be more susceptible to the stress of it too, forcing them to leave earlier in their careers.

I'd guess at a Sat diver then, but describing it as fixing an underwater JCB strikes me as being quite retarded indeed.

Sat divers earn around £1300 a day, but 28 days living inside a small chamber isn't exactly fun. Plus you have to be a mentalist to do such a job!

10:00 - 11:00 and 15:15 - 22:30.

Nice, Thanks for that mate, Very intresting.

They must love the job they do, and haha at his voice :D

IT Support job in Switzerland... it's common to be paid £45+ for a 1st line role and £70k+ for a regular 2nd line support job at one of the big banks or pharmaceuticals. That is 9-6pm, leave work and forget about it, come in next day start working. Repeat and rinse.

SAP seems in quite a bit of demand, from what I've been talking to recruitment people about. Reckon you could teach yourself all that guff in no time.

lol x 10, good luck with that. ;) :p

working for a non profit is not very demanding. I worked for a non profit private regulatory body for 6 months and the pace was very slow. Nothing was ever urgent like it is at the for profit places i work where everything is urgent.

Not any more, its the previous generation on all the cushy numbers that do nothing for their payrises every year.

This is very true.

There is now a two-tier system in the Council. If you're a "lifer" - that is you've been there for years - then you get a paid a decent chunk.

If you're a new hire, you get diddly squat. Literally about 60% of the wage the lifers are on, when doing the same job.

Low wage I should imagine...

School teacher.
They work 9-3.30, have 10% preparation time (where they are not even allowed to cover lessons for other teachers) and have 13 weeks holiday. They wouldn't stand a chance in the real world.

Screw that though, dealing with the kids and the politics and the salary is not exactly great.

I therefore disagree.

be on benefits and have loads of kids xD

This, or put on loads of weight/stick a screwdriver in your knee cap and claim incapacity. Lots of people around where I live do this, thankfully the former is no longer among us! Hooray, tax fell nationally by 55% on that day.

There are plenty folk on here with well paid jobs with very little demand.

You just have to look at their lifestyle, cars, things purchased this month to realise this. Then compare that to their post count and the mind boggles...

I know a guy who earns £1300 a day. He tells me the stuff he does is easy (given that he's done it for 35 years). You may well end up in a job that pays well but isn't demanding, but you sure as hell aren't going to start out in one.
