Netflix is now in the UK

Has anyone else found that x-high HD quality is not available on Netflix (UK and US) for the last few days? I can only get up to 'high' HD quality and am on 80Mb BB so that's not the problem.

Getting a Samsung TV and quite tempted to reduce my SKY subscription.

Could you clarify the following:

Sign up as Netflix UK
Sign up to US unblock
Change settings on TV
= US version of netflix?

Also is most content on Netflix available in HD??

Yes to both , although I done it on my bd player , although again it depends if your tv can change the DNS settings.
 
Signed up for the free one month trial. Not as much variety as I was expecting, though I have enjoyed Heroes a lot. Seems to run very smooth, quite slick in fact.
 
Signed up to Netflix 39 day trial with £5 cash back, £25 if I subscribe after.
Watching Breaking Bad at moment, not much content though so not sure if I would subscribe for long after I finish breaking bad.
 
Dropped netflix after a few months, found nothing that interested me on the us version after a month or so and the uk selection is very very poor at the moment.

Tried lovefilm and found anything I rlwanted to watch was disc only, the whole point in an on demand service for me is to remove that element, the quality wasnt as good as netflix either.

Have a now tv free trial at the moment now then half price for a few months - it's ok, probably a slightly better mix of films on there but I wouldn't be paying the 9 quid a month they want thereafter.

I imagine all these services will be vastly improved within a couple of years though
 
Does any one know which makes/models of Smart TVs support netflix apps. 24-8" range.

It's so confusing. Some Samsung t&cs support it some don't, but can't find a definitive list.
