Your gear is a bit all over the shop tbh. With a few tweaks you should easily be able to faceroll MP 3/4 no problem.

Your OWE is wasted at the moment as you only have 2 pieces with the same resist (fire) on and this is only gonna give you something like 70 res all. If you are gonna use a shield it should really have some sort of res on it too.

Also where is the crit chance?!!! Helm/rings/ammy should all have crit chance before you start working on attack speed/crit dmg. This will benefit your cyclone dps output quite a bit.

The biggest issue preventing you farming higher lvls is probably your lack of LoH or Life Steal. With your dps at 40k you are best off currently with LoH however that is going to be quite expensive to achieve especially if you are going down the sword and board route. Cheapest way l would be to buy a cheap OH around 700 dps with ~700 LoH and or LS if you can get one with dex/vit on it great as your vit is currently pretty low. Alternatively sell that Echoing Fury and buy yourself a slightly lower dps 1H with some crit dmg and Loh/LS.

I would be tempted to drop the shield for a LoH/LS offhand and switch to guardians path instead of Resolve.

I can do inferno on MP 1,2 cannot kill Treasure goblin in time on MP 3 but can kill everything else ok. Thanks for any help :)

Your gear looks like you specced it for a barb in general rather than bought it for a WW barb. I hadn't really played my Barb recently because my gear is neither here nor there for Rend or WW so I've bought a few items. It worked for the old Inferno but since the patch it was a bit underpowered for higher MP levels.

You have WAY too much all res and you obviously can't afford to get the all res as well as other stats. Your boots ideally want 12% move speed. Anything with crit chance on it you want as close to the max as possible. Your weapon set is nice but I'm not sure if the Furious Whirlwind is going to benefit you more than a powerful WW offhand with LoH, crit damage and a socket.

I have almost twice the LoH as you with added life steal, less than half the all resistances, 10% more crit chance and twice the crit damage and I can generally survive quite well in 3man MP4/5 and we did the ubers on MP3 quite smoothly.

Also, it really annoys me that they capped WotBs duration at 15 seconds. Archon if you find a mob of weak enemies you can blitz it and up your duration way past 15 seconds but no matter what I do with WotB it won't go higher.
 
Thanks for the replys and tips. I am trying to get crit chance upto 50%, its at 42.5% at the moment as i heard that helps and gonna try get attack speed up from 1.65 to nearer 2.0. Its hard juggling the stats on a small budget :)
 
Given you had 100m to spend, what would have an easier time farming in higher monster powers a barb or a DH?

Not sure if I should stick with my DH or switch to barb..
 
I think a barb will have an easier time than a dh at the same gear level, saying that not sure how far 100mil will go for farming higher monster levels. What mp did u have in mind?

Right now I'm farming MP 0 Alkazier route, each run takes me roughly 10 minutes. Pretty damn easy. I'm only after legendary drops really, not too fussed with efficiency and maxing exp/hour.

I can do the run on anything up to MP3 with ease really, it just takes longer and according to most guides mp 0 works out to be the best mp to item farm.

Seems like uv got a big headstart with your dh and paragon level, id stick with it. Yeah i def agree, lower mps are better for xp farming, also seems like quicker runs mean better chance of legs and sets. how bout spending that gold on upping your mf? hellfire ring plus red gem is pretty good to xp farming aswell if ur smashing mp1 etc. i xp farm mp2 with about 400%mf seems to work pretty well.
