Of course, this was definitely to be expected.
There will most likely still be some software issues in a months time but again I was expecting this. If you look at the Xbox 360 launch and completely disregard the overheating issues and the fact they had to extend the warranty to cover it, it still suffered from hard drive issues or hard drives that just didn't work, lock ups, random erroneus error messages, graphical corruption, bad frame rates etc.
None of these issues concern me. Hard lock ups and frame rate issues will be fixed in software updates. Loading times will also be fixed although might be connected to the online service which is getting utterly annihilated due to so many people trying to connect to it. Sure it will get annoying until it's fixed, if anyones concerned about it that much they should probably just cancel their pre-order and pick one up after Christmas.
