*** Nexus 10 Tablet ***

Is just under £400 really considered a low price? wow lol, I'm honestly asking here btw as I didnt do much research, kind of an impulse buy.

Was going to get 16gb but with that res I cant imagine that would last!

What size did you all get and why?

It's pretty much £100 cheaper than the iPad, which is definitely a noticeable amount. It's not cheap as such, but compared to the competition it's pretty low price
 
DAnDan, yer jut looking now - apples is £400 with wi-fi which is the same as the nexus 10 correct but thats only the 16gb version as the 32gb is £479 not sure if apple charge for delivery.

Yeah the difference is about £100 for the equivalent model. Not sure about the delivery charge though, I've never bought anything from the apple store :D.

It would be less frustrating for me if they'd actually ship the tablet I ordered over a week ago :mad:

Edit: Well both have changed to pending on my google play order list so I assume that means it's on backorder :(

What cases are people using so far?

I really like the smart cover for the ipad, is there anything similar for the nexus?

Also when are the official cases going to be released?
 
Now available to buy again, with a 'ships in two to three weeks' caveat. I've just ordered the 16GB. I just hope it's here before Xmas, or I'm in big trouble...

Am wondering the same thing myself, I do love the tablet but on watching media with dark scenes I do notice a fair bit of backlight bleed at 50% brightness
 
How does the return procedure with Google work ?

I received my replacement nexus 10 today, and was told by the Google rep on the phone that the courier delivering my replacement would pick up the original to return it. Unfortunately, the courier had no information regarding this at all.

Now, after another phone call to Google, I was told that a return label would be mailed out to me and that it would come with details on returning via courier. Anybody have any info for me?

I'd keep it and when they email asking where it is just reply with "Pending". :p
