Hitman Absolution Pre-Order.

Does anyone know how to fix the memory issue. My game apparently keeps running out of memory! :(

First time I got the DX error was near the game of the game in the cemetery, must have restarted the same part about 15 times. I turned MSAA to off and managed to complete the game. Give it a go see if it works for you. It could have already been mentioned in this thread - sorry if it has already.

There just seems too many, and they are all cluster/constantly watch the area with the 'item' you need in.
I think I'm going to have to kill everyone just to move on to the next bit.

I can get 2 fuses, the other 2 must be impossible! The one on the top floor is easiest, then the one behind the secret door I was able to get by throwing a fire axe across the room lol

Just completed the game, wasn't bad tbf, more then enough open / sandbox levels.

Bit annoying though, wanted to create a contract but have to unlock the sniper even though you complete the last mission with it :(

I am just starting the mission in Dexter industries. I am really enjoying the game.

I thought both parts of the mission in Hope were very good.

Edit- going though the mines is the first mission where I have shot everything up.... and I didn't mind as it fit in with the narrative fairly well.

Ha, I'm at the same bit and am finding the same thing. As I am filled with righteous anger I find myself taking out mofos rather than being a sneaky ninja

This game is so frustrating!!!

I'm currently trying to job old Dom Osmond...

I have no problem sneaking into the back room with the button for the disco ball, kill him with the dodgy disco ball when he comes in making a fuss.

Looks like an accident, exactly the play style I'm after.

Problem is, the guards always go mental and start wandering about with guns!

From that point on, there's a guard at the bottom of the stairs I need to use to escape.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I've only been able to play up to a few levels in at the moment - but from what I've played, I'm really enjoying it :D

The new features aren't too bad - and I think the "Instinct" feature just makes it more realistic. As some people have already mentioned, if you worked as a chef and all of a sudden saw some new guy in a chef outfit, you'd still be a little bit suspicious :p

I'm not sure I like the feature - I've forgotten what it's called - where you can basically pause the game, tag targets and go on an epic shootout spree. It looks awesome, but it makes the game way too easy

I am looking forward to going back and playing again once I've finished the game though - There looks like there are a lot of ways to get your target. On the Chinatown level, where the guy is standing in the middle, all I did was grab a knife, lob it and ran away :p Next time I'll find a much better, cleaner way :p

LOL I tried doing that but accidentally ended up killing a civilian :p

I waited for him to walk of, and as he was in a corner I just killed him and nobody noticed! Silent Assassin rating within about 30 seconds!

Haha nice :D I didn't have much time to play when I did, so I was trying to kill as quick as I could. I never even waited long enough to see him walk away :p

Spoiler regarding that level below...
I noted that he is a drug addict and has a car nearby - So I assume I'll be able to plant a bomb on the car or kill him disguised as the drug dealer or something :p

The Orphanage level - I finally got past it... Every guard in the level way have ended up dead though :D

Haha I gotta admit - going through a level and shooting up the place is still so much fun :p

As soon as I get caught - I go into super assassin mode and go on a rampage :p

The best way is to grab the silenced pistol from upstairs and wait in the secret recording booth ( need a keycar). Wait for him to finish his lap dance and convo with whoever he is talking to on the phone, then shoot him in the head through the mirror :D

24hrs+ on and I'm still on that level :( I hardly touched the game yesterday because I just found it too frustrating + lack of saves + impossible.

I think I'll go on today and do what you did :(

Yeah I think it's on the verge of impossible stealth-wise. However don't worry, shooting the place up is damn fun! :D

Orphanage was a blood bath for me, started off stealthy but had a **** up and loads of back up came....I try not to use firearms at all in this game but it was just calling for me. Went on a spree with the pump action shotgun and was glad I did :D

I love pumping a load of pistol bullets into someone's chest close range, you can almost feel every hit connect with their poor soul :D

Don Osmond was fairly easy after I worked out the simple way of getting rid of him.

Headed into the toilets on the left side of the bar and up a few steps. Used the Garrotte on the cop who was having a wizz and hid his body in a toilet cubicle. Waited a few minutes and after Don Osmond finishes his lapdance he wanders round and into the toilets. Used the Garrotte on him again and hid the body in the same place as the cop.Job done.
