Borderlands 2 release date confirmed ( Launch trailer also )

Damn they lull you in to a false sense of security than slap an invincible boss on you . I Cant kill Pyro pete the invincible :(

i've never even heard of him, BL has these big bosses because the developers like it that way, you get what they want and not what's good for the game.

it's pretty obvious that in every DLC you'll get two big bosses, one end boss and a side INVINCIBLE boss that's virtually impossible to kill, but neither of these will drop anything that's a decent reward for all the effort you've put in, you'll feel cheated.

Its his shield i cant drop it to hurt him he is pyro caustic

Hi,

Use a good elec weapong to get his shield down, after that his HP is massive so its a battle of time vs ads level, every so often he does a fireball & acid AOE attack, you need to wash it off using the water thing, however this will spwan ads, you need to alter which one you use as the ads get higher the more times that wheel is turned.

We did it with two peeps, it took a bit of time, having a gunzerker that has a **** weapon is a massive help, plus a siren that can pull all the ads to the boss, keeps them together better to deal with.

Can someone "sell" me BL2, i think it looks good but need to know more as in how co-op works..

You can do Co-Op in a number of ways

You can either join a public game or leave your game open for other random people to join.

Or you can play it with friends and leave your game private so only people who you know can join

You don't have to play Co-op. You can do it like any other single player game by yourself.

The logic behind it works quite well, so your friends can jump in and out of your games even if they are at a different point in the story.

The more people in your Co-Op party the more Health Points the enemies have. But you also get better loot drops.

Thanks, sounds pretty much how it's done in dead island.

nope, it doesnt

that'll only happen if you screw around with the badass ranks/skills. It's never happened to me.

Anyway, hacky trainer stuff:

thread: http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=557381&start=2355&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=

A user by the name of technojacker keeps an up-to-date trainer which can be found here
https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0B...VjV0U/edit?docId=0B_f11g1DlLhDVmhWMUxfN3RFOTA

There's a link in his sig on page 158 for anybody weary about the direct link.

download that, start the game and run the trainer. With teh game running, click on enable (in the trainer). drop back in to the game and run around a bit which allows the trainer to sort itself out, then back to the trainer and look here:

where it says 200, that's the backpack space. Change that to whatever you like. With the backpack space, since the last update, it gets reset to 27 (i think) on every start so you'll have to load the trainer and do this every game if you want to keep the expanded backpack. If you dont, you'll keep the items in the backpack however you want be able to use them.

The trainer does a whole tonne of stuff, like modify the chances to drop legendary loot for example, or teleport to places you wouldnt otherwise be able to reach, or bypass the raid time-lockout, or trick the game in to thinking 4 players are playing, or modify what gets spawned from an Varkid egg to do this:

:p

It's all good fun modifying the game IMO, but try to avoid using it to change your stats - it's quite easy to ruin the game. Stick to the cool stuff :p

edit:

Oh, and this:

Third person mode!

Thank you very much. I only want to make a bigger backpack, and not to change anything else!

try doing it solo, this is why these side bosses are near impossible to kill because the game is bias towards Coop, a side boss should have no more health than Warrior.

i'd get Sniper Elite 2 but it looks too boring and repetative, this means that BL2 is the best sniper this year, lets hope FAR CRY 3 makes a better sniper instead

it's not the point, i paid the 30 quid to kill them in SP Mode, just like you can with your mates..

The game has a strong pull to co-op, thats part of the basic style of Borderlands 1 & 2, you get better everything in co-op. It rams that point at you all the time.

The only raid boss in BL1, was only solo'd once the lvl cap hit 69 and that got patched in, unless you hacked the game or used a guide on where to stand but that got patched out.

You only need two people to take all the raids down so its you plus one, most if not all players buy BL2 knowing it has a co-op bosses so hard at the current lvl cap you will need more players,

In time lvl cap will go up and you should be able to solo the raid bosses but that will take time just like BL 1
