Steam Autumn Sale Starting November 21st?

Arkham City for a fiver. Worth it? I didn't finish Arkham asylum, and found it largely forgettable, so I'm dubious about Arkham City.

Or would Witcher 2 for the same price be a better choice? Again, I didn't finish the first game. I cannot afford both, and I don't get paid until Wednesday.

both are very good games if you like rpg's go with witcher 2 if you want a pure action game with puzzle elements go with batman:D

If you didn't like arkham asylum you won't like city, it's more of the same really.

Personally I thought both games were fantastic, but whatever floats your boat :).

All I have bought is Sonic Generations and BL2, quite proud of myself :P

Guys what is BL2 lol

True, although AC was a better game I quite enjoyed Arkham Asylum too, AC2 was like an 8.5 vs a 7.5 for AA

Got
G + K Civ V X-pack
Tropico 4 + x-pack
CKII DLC

<£20

Keep me entertained until Christmas sales at least!

Bought Civilization V GOTY, booted it up, had no idea what was going on or what I was meant to be doing, closed it down and made a cup of tea. :D

Just reading this = LOL
I done this (just did something else) but went back to it later -Played about ~65 hours of base game (since Gamefly had it for sale) However admittedly when I first got it I thought it was boring at first compared to Crusader Kings II for e.g.

Great. That'll be a fiver down the toilet then. :(

I stopped playing the game before because the stupid diplomacy was ruining it. I might just start a game and instead of trying to have allies, just go out of my way to **** off every other civilization I come into contact with. At least then it'll feel like the diplomacy is working as intended.

You can probs get a mod

Not bought anything from the sale yet but CS:GO seems very tempting. I played CS since beta 2 however many years ago that was. I got into CS:GO a bit this weekend while watching Dreamhack.

hmmm really not sure if to get the cs pack now never played them so not sure.

is it a kind of professional platform fps? is it fun? is it easy to get into or very very difficult?
sorry for all the questions dont wanna buy it and regret or not buy it and regret!lol

There is a lot of professional gamers, although maybe not so much as CS:GO a lot of the hardcore stay on CS 1.6 or CSS

I think the game can be very fun, its an extremely old game now, yet still so many people play it to this day

Bought chivalry medieval warfare, now the guy who posted earlier about connection problems has me worried.

I have a bt home hub which has connection issues in some games, I hope I wont be googling about the game more than playing it.
