The *Official* Eve Online Thread

Are may people here still playing? I haven't played in almost 3 months, hoping the next expansion will bring some life back into it...
 
After 7 1/2 years of playing I've cancelled both my accounts (with multiple characters on each). I missed the pvp due to my working hours and theres little for solo players that doesn't get repetitive quickly.
 
Not played for over a year got an 8 year old toon tried a 14 day free comeback but I have lost interest now, looking forward to Elite Dangerous and Star citizen

We had our own fight with the guys from w-space (at the time they'd left wormhole holders and formed their own corp in the process of joining w-space) who kicked off that invasion of hard knocks:

(Fight for hole control after we RF'd all their POSes - they had a lot more people who don't appear on the BR as they made their escape when it turned into a capital fight)

has much changed in the last 3-4 years?

I love the ideas behind it, just way to boring & time consuming. Plus, I heard PoSs (so wow nothing but ships & mission targets are) are not destructible & in that kind of game, that makes no sense. Now if everything was destructible, that would be crazy cool!! :D

It's a sandbox game, POS's can be destroyed and most sovereignty structures. :D

EVE is a fantastic game if you can get over the initial learning curve and find a decent corp to play with!

Pretty much everything is destructible in eve apart from Outposts, just depends how long you want to sit around shooting it for :)
 
Loving the new patch from a pirates point of view. Killing many people and getting slices of bounties is a nice little isk boost, along with the massive changes to sentry aggro in low sec means I never sit about on the naughty step after murdering a target!

It's a merry christmas in New Eden for me and the Tuskers!
