I remember having that answer from EE too, I think they'll stick to contract for now. Why not go through Phones4u?
Thank you kallisto316. Yeah, that was the problem. I created the account. Thanx again!
Just a heads up for anyone using the 79p 'battery level for wp8' app by Alex someone or other. I don't think his updates are showing on/pulling through to the store tile. Twice now I've gone into the store and clicked on the app and it has 'update' in the bottom left hand corner where install usually is. Hope it helps someone. There was a fresh update put on on the 7th dec.
So I went to 4 EE shops yesterday in attempt to buy a white 920 on pay as you go. 2 didn't have them in stock, the other 2 had them but as soon as I said I would take it on pay as you go they looked a bit stunned and said sorry can't do that. They said that they were contract ones and couldn't sell them pay as you go. One guy even said the white was only available on contract (which is obviously bs). Is this the experience other people are having? I understand that sale guys want to sell contracts because they make a lot more commission but can they really hold stock like this? I find it hard to believe that they can't just swap in a pay as you go sim and sell it as such..
Did you use explorer and drop them into the right folder?..silly things but just making sure. They should list themselves with any album art into it.
I notice whatsapp for w8 got pulled, is there somewhere else i can get it?
I don't know if this is a problem with the setup on my 920 or just something wrong with EE, but I'm struggling with Picture messages.
I can send them to other people fine, but when someone tries to send to me it either doesn't arrive or the sender gets a "Failed" message.
There seems to be options to input MMS APN information. I shouldn't need to do this though should I?
to get picture messaging setup i had to send a picture message to myself this is what the t-mobile staff told me, not sure if EE will be the same. I did not change the MMS APN.
If you go to the whatsapp.com website and choose windows platform, it takes you to the page on windows store where the app used to be. It currently states, 'unlisted' or something but you can manually download it from the link on the page.
Now you need to help me out: How do I put the file on my phone on a Mac?![]()
They don't exist as physical files locally anymore...I uploaded/added them to XBox music....i.e. sent to the 'cloud', so naturally expected them to be available on my phone, much like Google music works.

Wordament is a decent mobile game, I really have trouble believing the same people keep getting 90+ words and top scores in every round though.
