Are you proud of what you do?

Yes. I/we help lots of people from many different companies. We have very nice people working for our clients, and they are always showing their appreciation and it makes me feel proud of what I do for them.

"Thank you so much"
"That was quick!"
"Wow you guys are legends"
"How did you manage to do that?"
"How on earth did you fix that!"
"You're a genius"
"What would we do without you"

Hear things like that about 30 times a day. So yeah I'm proud alright :)

Are you a drug runner or protection mate? Got to keep that gat going!

No, I'm a die caster in a factory. I get treated like a retard and don't give a **** about it. I do have a job and was made full time so I'm no longer a temp so I guess I'm proud that I can do my job having had no previous experience.

I'm relatively proud of what I do. It's a very specialist job and there aren't too many people in the UK that do what I do. That makes me proud.

Yes very, as I own my own fitness facility where we inspire people to work on their health & wellness and then guide them along the way :)
Can be extremely rewarding!

I'm proud I have a job and my work ethic of not being too proud to do anything to earn money as I don't like taking from people.

Proud of the job? It has changed a lot since I had a big accident 4 1/2 years ago and things haven't been as forthcoming as I'd like as I'm one of these people where it works both and I expect communication.
The rest of the workplace clearly disgrees with this ethic as sometimes I feel like a leper. Been demoted with no help to get to where i was. I got some help initially but not enough and when I ask for more I get nothing so I stopped asking and decided to look for another job where it will challenge me.
I have excellant communications skills and I guess a certain charm (dunno how! lol) because I can get away with being direct and to the point with suppliers or upper management who I don't know.

Proud that I have a job? Yes

Proud of the job? Well, somebody else could do it as it only requires a small amount of training, a bit of computer knowledge and applying common sense but it's a stepping stone to help get a permanent position within the company (received a call today and have an interview coming up) so there is some pride in that it's a good company with oppurtunity.

It's my first job after uni that is more than minimum wage so i'm happy about that as I can start getting some savings behind me, what is it you're supposed to have, 1 month? 3 months expenditure?

Proud of what I do, yes as I tend to do a good job in a high pressure sector of IT and any projects that I take on tend to go well (bar a couple) but on the downside it seems that sometimes I don't always get rewarded for the work that I do and stress is a guaranteed when private companies would rather have a small team to save on cost, then a slightly bigger team with more effeciancy.

By the end of the day I am litetally zonked.

People do not understand why I am so tired in the evenings or at weekends, those people dont work in this industry.

No, not really lol

I'm 21 and still dunno what I want to be when I grow up.... guess time is running out haha

Neither do i. But i'm happy and i'm sure i will be in the future. You don't have to "be" anything/one person other than yourself.
Go with the flow dude. :)

I'm proud of what I've achieved at 24. Just finished my PhD and had a first author paper in Nature a few weeks ago. Having an old lab re-opened and kitted out for me as a postdoc. Had a baby with my gf in September.

Lots going on and lots to go. Have had some serious issues along the way, but you battle though.

at 45 yrs old, retired 12 years ago, im happy, proud well not really done all that much as yet, was waiting as life starts at 50 i hear.

12 plus weeks on hols in the moto home, house paid for, no real money worries and a younger gf, but no kids.

wouldn't mind same amount of years again what i've already had, then i'd be more happy, but nothing really to be proud of tbh as yet, no real big event etc to say yes i've left me mark.
