Try another plug, or if the psu is making a weird noise then i would blame that

the PSU is making the noice anymore the pc wont turn on at all ive took the cables out and put them back in 3 times now im sure something is broke could it be anything else maybe the motherboard?

The PSU is plugged into the MB right, as well as the CPU (should be a separate plug on the MB near the CPU)?

ive just took everything out of the case i got told to try build out the case still no luck, ive even tryed with no ram installed to see if it even beeps but no luck, its the CPU, motherboard or the PSU im thinking the PSU because it makes a wierd noise like its hissing for around 5 seconds when i turn it on.

ive just also noticed something when i turn my psu on at the wall it makes a sizzling noice and it also does it when i press the switch.

Just done the paper clip test on my psu and it worked, does that mean it could be my motherboard or CPU now?
