I put a ZAGG Invisible Shield on mine (Front and Back).

Very easy to install and doesn't ruin the look of the screen.

The only negative is that the protector material is grippy/tacky to touch. Some people like it, others may hate it. I don't mind it.

I have now ordered a whole host of different cases and covers...expected reviews.....sooooon.

Is there an app that can do it maybe?

nope. tried looking... no where to be found.

I charged my 920 today to 100%. and after playing some games, making a couple of calls and using part of the internet, it has just now died completely.

so now going to do another full charge. I also have the screen brightness on to full. normal?

I stop reading after the editor complained about no good youtube apps (If he isn't even bothered to talk about metrotube, he's obviously come out blind sighted) Made worst when he claims Chrome is totally dominating the browsing scene from top to bottom - huh? Last I checked, it's still behind IE and riding on the back of Firefox losing shares.

Are we really that reliant on Google when we judge a phone and platform? I find it totally stupid and that's coming from a hotmail user, who browse on Chrome when on Laptop and use the ocassional Google services like maps and youtube.

Google wants to kick some Sand at MS, fair enough but when shortsighted editors who publish articles like this, it makes me loose faith in tech reporters. Creature comforts, no wonder innovation is dead in Apple and Android continues to play catch up and force Google services (Google+ needed to review apps in a good example)

Might start setting to using Bing even on my workstation just to protest :P

people dont get how great MS are. without them, there would be no google really or even crapple... cos the backbone and ideas are from MS and others just take it/alter it and brand it

I went on full on rant mode and made a huge post and picked everything apart, think it got lost though, most seem to be saying how bad the article is, and Google are each day looking like tool, think they just pulled their Mail support to windows in some way and most said they are moving to outlook in the wake of it.

Switched to Bing a year ago, havnt looked back so much better for images and video.
Google are going to get in trouble soon, do they forget exactly WHOS desktop all of their services are accessed from.

I have used google for some time now but as a result of this post and a couple of previous ones i thought I'd give bing on my phone a go. It's good i really like it and will continue to use it but can anyone tell me if there is a setting somewhere that I've not been able to find which can limit my searches to UK my searches are coming up with .ca and .au websites amongst the usual .com/.co.uk's.

Load up is definitely faster than before but stupidly, it still takes out my music playlist when I load it.

Also, just did my verification and it's not connecting... Argh.

Okaaaaaay....so I might have been on T-Moblys website last night and MIGHT have already picked my contract I'm going to get.

Damn you all :(

Most tech reporters are muppets, you can find better stuff written on these forums a lot of the time. And I don't care what anybody says, a lot of them are very pro-Apple/Google and anti-Microsoft. The articles that offer a balanced view stick out like a sore thumb.

If any product 'deserves' success based on merit, it's Windows Phone. But that's not the way it works. It's Apple and Google's prerogative to stick the boot into a fledgling competitor just as long as everybody realizes its the customers who eventually lose out.

You can't talk about biased writing if you also choose to be biased yourselves....

Google have always historically performed spring cleans on its array of products and services and whilst their discontinuation of Google Sync does affect Windows Phone users, that's because Windows Phone does not support CalDAV or CardDAV, unlike Google or Apple who do.

Also, in regards to "sticking the boot" or "throwing sand", Microsoft has probably been the biggest culprit of doing this with their #droidrage and smoked by Windows Phone campaigns. It was recently stated in an interview that the reason Google do not develop for Windows Phone is because of the user base being so small, majority of users are using iOS and Android which is backed up by the fact Google have many applications on iOS.

As for Google being based on Microsoft ideas and products.... I don't think I've read anything so silly in all my life. It was Microsoft who had to completely re-base their search and email products to try and keep up with Google (i.e outlook.com and Bing).
