Call of Duty: Black Ops II

I've just picked up Black Ops 2 as an early xmas present and I am absolutely loving it. The last CoD game that I played was MW2 briefly when it was first released and this feels like a more refined version. I think the amount of customisation is a bit overkill but I can understand their need for 'progress' to sell more copies and with the game being as polished as it is, it's hard to find things to add.

to be honest its the "progress" that keeps me going.

I enjoy unlocking the attachments , camos, challenges etc..

It's far from polished.

I disagree, I think it is very polished. It's what is under the bonnet that is a broken, rusty mess.

Just used the prestige token to reset stats...was it supposed to put me back to Rank 1 First Prestige?

Didn't say anything about that when I clicked it :S

It does warn you. It says in the description it will put you back to rank 1 as though you had never played the game !

Has it reset your weapons or you still got all the ones you had before e.g. MSMC at level 1 prestige, is it available? Only thing holding me back from prestiging.

Yep it resets pretty much EVERYTHING right?!

I've seen many a post on the official forum - if you go there and find the right person you might be able to get it reversed - some people have.

Basically once you unlock 5 extra classes you don't really get any rewards for prestieging... basically just unlock tokens... not very inventive on Treyarch's part.

This is true! I forgot that part.

Would have been nice if they had been more inventive but c'est la vie I suppose!

Another post about being unable to get headshots, seem to put these up everytime i switch weapons, currently using the smr assualt rifle, got nearly 400 kills with it so far but only 48 headshots, been shooting ppl in the head but seems to kill them in the chest or something.

Had some weird lag earlier, was on yemen doing headquarters, and my scorestreak bar wasnt filling, then when it did I called in a uav but no uav appeared, then called in a care package beside me and the heli dropped it off into the sea ( nope no one destroyed the CP helicopter)

Yeah they were terrible they should have been nothing more than place holders. I'm sure if they opened it up there would have been some better designs submitted.
