Nope. There is a water stain around parts of the light (as Edrof pointed out), but it is no longer wet. It's pretty hard to actually tell what's inside though. Mostly because it's on the ceiling and I'm on the floor, and looking in at it all I see is lots of brown.

looks more like liquid as the colour is even overall .. i'd leave it as whoever checks is gonna get wet !

Either:

The light has thrown up in its mouth a little.

Less likely, there is a leak above the light and the water is being dirtied by all the junk between it and the light.

Smells fine. Presuming the smell would be iffy within a few feet...

That said it is a semi-sealed unit, so it's hard to say...
