Plus, lets be honest here, how many people would expect an actual nurse to answer the phone when you called a hospital switchboard? Thats a bit like expecting the pilot answering the phone when you phone Easyjet..

Main switchboard no, but when you head into individual departments like A&E, Max Fax, CSSD, main theatres etc, very common for nurses to answer the phone.

The rest is just speculation from the Indian media, and the Indian media is just as bad as the media here for making up things.

It's been confirmed that she made two suicide attempts and was on prescription anti-depressants. She had a history of depression and her family had been told she would probably attempt suicide again. This is not mere speculation, it's fact.

If the women was that depressed already she would have been with her family in Bristol.

Not necessarily. Plenty of people go to work in a chronically depressed state. I'm willing to bet her family didn't know how bad her situation was, and she'd been careful not to tell them. Hell, they didn't even know she was mixed up in the hoax call.

Weather she was depressed or not, This event was what pushed her over the edge. If the hoax never happened then most likely she would still be alive. But i also think the media is just as responsible.

If she had already tried it multiple times before, then odds are she would have tried again even if there was no phone call.

Who gives a **** what pushed her over the edge, for all we know a bad smell could have just as easily pushed her over the edge. Kate and Will are probably lucky that a suicidal, depressed nurse isn’t in a position of care over their unborn child, anymore.

Have to disagree about that because my nephew had his inquest last Monday.
No history, no texts, no Facebook, no talking to friends, no suicide notes and so on.
The day before, his 5 year old son had his birthday and in the evening they had a party for just adults and my nephew behaved as normal.
He got up on the Sunday, started tidying the house up, went upstairs and put his favourite England shirt on and hanged himself from the attic.
As far as the Coroner was concerned it was done on a whim.

Just because he never shared his motivation with anyone, doesn't mean it was done on a whim. If someone seriously wants to end it, they're unlikely to let you know. Those who let on or botch it are the only ones you have a chance of saving.

It's a shame though, I've never really understood the desire to want to end your life. You'll be dead a lot longer, might as well see this one out. I guess it is something the majority of us can't really understand though.

It was only a pint.... I didn't mean to crash in to your car and kill your family.

Come off it. It's hardly comparable. If anything, I'd say out media deserve more blame than the actualy jokers at the end of the day, but it's still a pretty stupid thing to do yourself in over and I doubt it was really the reason.

Ah but you see, it's ok, you'll have robgmun with his big brush calling everyone idiots.

No one kills themself over a phone call especially a nurse. She probably had full knowledge of the medical history of the royal family, if this got out the press will be all over it, so to control any leaks they killed her off.

Its not the first time the royals did a hit job.

I accept your conspiracy theory but you have forgot one major flaw. Over the years there have been 100s of Nurses who have knowledge of the Royals medical history so if you can find one more Nurse who 'committed suicide' I'll share your theory with you. Of course now I'm a Tin Foil Hatter I have to ask why the other Nurse hasn't committed suicide'?

This happens 100% of the time because I ring individual wards every day.
Ring a department main reception area and you may get a receptionist, ring a ward and you always get nursing staff because (in our Trust) a ward doesn't have a receptionist.
