Thanks for those pics Meds, they are utterly adorable!!! How do you find it with the long hair Meds? Do they malt a lot in the summer and thus you have to hoover a lot and brush them a lot more or anything??

Can't wait to get mine but I think I may have to put it off to August now as I am going to have to go away for a month or more come mid July and I don't want to leave them after only having them a couple of months. Grrr really annoying but its better that way as they won't suddenly have me leaving them.
 
Hey Matrix, we collected them mid October, and have therefore not had them very long. BUt so far neither of them seem to shed much hair. We brush them often and there isnt that much hair that comes off. On the other hand our 2 black moggies, who have a similar length of hair to the silver boy molt loads more.

When we first decided to buy the coons, the decision was purely based on them looking great and their potential to get really big. I was a bit dubious when you would hear how different their personalities can be compared to normal moggies.

Now that we have them I can confirm that they are indeed much more like dogs, and very intelligent. They are both so vocal, different sounds for when they are hungry, want love, wanna play etc....
 
Matrix just one thing to note, we waited about a year for our ones from Majesticoon. Lucille (Majesticoon Owner) is great, basically you give her your requirements etc.. and she'll keep you updated send you pics of potentials etc.... Obviously you need to wait for nature to do her thing... But if you need them in August it may be an idea to get in touch with her.
 
after our previous cat got killed about 5 years ago by a car we decided now to try our luck again with two little kittens from cats protection...Lilly and Gracie
