I'm pretty sure i read somewhere around here that OCUK deal with MSI RMA's on their behalf.
its why i put 'i think' in ' ', i'm trying to find it....
IIRC, they send it to MSI, then MSI give them 'permission' to dispatch one to the customer, as opposed to having to wait for it to go back from the Netherlands

Well I was trying not to go overboard too much for him, didn't mind paying a little bit more for a 7950 but that one will.be more again.
Did you go for THIS one then?
The £10 will be worth it for an extra year of warranty, UK based RMA etc
Also, you can just sell the games off
(Maybe ask him to stump up £10?)

Yeah that's the one but was on deals of week for 209 that's why I didn't mind getting that one. Was looking at 7870 but thought the extra would be worth it.
MSI isn't bad, and is a great alternative to the yucky blue GB PCB's
Yeah, My next card might be an MSI, and no i don't like the Blue PCB either...
Only reason I bought from MSI over Giga TBH

actually i think the default mv was 1035. so upping it to 1100mv doesnt seem too bad to me...
yea it was on the msi forum. thats where i got it from. they said it an underpowered card....
never had an issue since i done this and temps are always low...
