Ebay dispute

Point PayPal in the direction of the positive feedback that you've received, refer the threats to the police. Don't communicate directly with the buyer.

Remove all monies from paypal and remove your cards, paypal/ebay will side with the buyer no matter how retarded it sounds.

I would be contacting the police regarding harassment for his offer to come to your house.

As others have stated, paypal/ebay need to be shown the positive feedback (I know they should already have access to it, but make sure they know!) and the before and after photos (does your camera record the date taken in the photo meta tags? - this might help with proving that the photos were taken soon before dispatch). They might also be interested in the threats made to come to your home.

I had someone buy a phone a few years ago, left positive feedback and then emailed after Christmas saying it didn't work. I think they were a bit retarded though based on how they wrote messages, I told them to go and do one and never heard anything else about it.

LOL - not the brightest spark is he?

I would politely point out why he doesn't have a leg to stand on, and warn him that you'll be contacting the police if he makes further threats.

Some people.....

I can't believe it. Got an email and they have sided with him. The item is visually broken beyond repair now and I have to take it back and issue a full refund.

Ebay never asked us anything they sided with him straight away. He has also had the cheek to email and say is it worth sending back as his son flew it into a try and it is pretty mangled now.

Does anyone know if there is any appeals process?

Could use his email as a reference to confirming it was mishandled?
