ebay item help

You listing is very dishonest.
You've filled in the item specifics as if your actually selling a phone with very little information to suggest its anything more than a box.

Ebay will refund the buyer and IMO rightly so

I have sent this to the high bidder and added a note. Not sure if that can be see on the auction. I have tried to include questions but they are not showing either
*Please note, as per title, description and pictures, the Phone is not included in the sale. Please retract your bids if you do not want the item. I am unable to edit the description or category as it is ending in less than 12 hours. Thanks*

I think ill do this, some people are just stupid and/or trigger happy

I think you should cancel the listing and create a new one that's far less ambigious, picking options infers it's actually a boxed phone, you've also stated it's new and unopened when clearly that isn't the case, only the accessories are unopened.

You know that the high bid is because the buyer thinks it's a boxed handset so why not do the decent thing?

Look at the item specifics section and it list the phone spec

I know you probably didn't intend it but to me that is vague and verging on the misleading, I would cancel the auction and list it much more clearly

I will cost me time and money to cancel the listing. Why should I pay for peoples stupidity? This morning it was at £43 which I thought it would sell for

if you had listed it correctly it would sell for the £43 but as your listing is not clear its going for more

put it this way if you had not read the auction properly and you received a box what would you do? i bet you would be disputing it asap

your move OP do the right thing!

I will cost you more time and money when the buyer disputes it.

Sorry but I think the fault lies more with the listing than the buyers, think you would be best just to cancel

When I go to end the item it just has the option to

'Sell the item to the highest eligible bidder'

I have also contacted ebay and asked them to include this

OP was pulling a fast one and got scared when the ££ got too high
obvious misleading auction is obvious

Its shows the box and parts clearly in the listing. I have tried to end but only allows me to sell to the next high bidder. I have contacted ebay and bidders, what now?
