best to give a budget and what you want it for, or you may get lotto answers.

and quickest doesn't mean best either, as with no o/s it's just a pile of parts.

please remember only windows 8 pro and above supports dual cpu's, but very few programs do, and no repeat none games do!

i stand corrected, my info was off m/s

anyway, it wont do more than 2 cpu's and 4 core on each then, windows 8 will

quote "16 core / 32 threads and 48GB of RAM"

wouldn't work on windows 7 pro ^^ etc

says unlimited cores, which isn't true...

Obviously Win7 seems to be unable to handle more than 8 processors in the system (ie 2 x 4core, or 1 x 4core + 4 hyperthreaded)

unless it's been patched by now?

tbh unless you can actualy find some 1 with a xeon cpu thats actually running windows 7 normal not server edition I doubt were going to find out.

Thread is a if I win the lottery anyway.

Op hasnt stated

how much he wants to spend?
OS or not?
Monitor?
peripherals?

Passey, that's an interesting take on liquid cooling... no pump?

What are you two on about.. Look closer....
