Mandanda was surprisingly good for me, very good up close, good with long shots, seemed to have the most issues with 15-20 yard shots, but that throw :D

I actually dont seem to notice much difference between GKs but then I dont tend to allow that many shots on goal - you get used to FIFA deciding whats gonna be a goal and whats not...

Pretty much, after a while you can tell whether the shot is going in from the moment it has been taken, I've only seen three keepers this year make a triple save for me though and that's Neuer, Frey and Buffon. Maybe down to luck though.
 
I have been playing with Buffon recently and he is incredible!! Saves everything and also catches the ball unlike 99% of Fifa keepers.

Bored this morning so built a new team. If Angbwa doesn't work out then I'll get Konko. Went through 3 teams yesterday though, thinking it may be me, not the teams to blame for crap results :p

I made this team as a cheapo experiment with the 41212 formation from Serie A but I'm liking it so might look at adding a few of the more "premium" players:

I've been looking at possibly Pirlo at CAM and Palacio at RM - would these improve things greatly or should I be looking to strengthen elsewhere??

Palacio is a great choice, he's fast and strong, always seems to push the opponent left back out of the way but I'm not so sure on Pirlo. I bought Pirlo the other day and shifted Cassano to the bench and while his passing is great he's never really in the right position to do anything useful and doesn't have much in the way of pace either so if he does stray somewhere and you counter attack he won't be able to keep up. My favourite RM has to be Maggio though, his shooting from range is stupidly good. :D

Wouldn't put Pirlo at CAM, his attacking workrate & pace aren't up to it. Try Kevin Prince Boateng there, found him really effective in my 352 Serie A team before I sold them all. Palacio is a good choice for RM, that's who I used.
