Afternoon OcUK'ers,
After hunting for a while I found a useful site called MyPlate that allows you to track what you've eaten and how many calories / how much fat, protein, carbs etc it contains.
Incredibly useful for those trying to keep tabs on what they eat, it also allows you to enter weight loss goals and activity levels and adjusts the amount of calories you want to stick to per day as a result.

Used it for about a week, seems good. Useful for not eating rubbish, because I know I'd lose some food I can eat later. My calorie goal is 1700 per day, based on my weight, height and how much I'm after losing per week.
Thought it may be useful, I know a few of you are after shedding a few pounds.
