I have 2 goals for this 2013:
-Ride a 10 mile time trial in 22:30 or less.
-Lose at least 1/2 stone. (Currently 13 stone)
Bench 200kg
squat 220+
Dead 300+
OHP 140
Win a novice comp @ sub 120kg
Morbs me and thee are in close comp this yr
Firstly aim to be slightly more methodical in tracking progress - mainly weight and workout weights, need to grab a notepad
Aim to bulk around 5-7kg
Increase deadlifts to 110kg -> 150kg
Increase squats to 90kg -> 120kg
Increase bench to 60kg -> 80kg
I think such are achievable and not too optimistic
