As said above, Tango is incredibly common, go to any supermarket or large corner shop type store and you will find plenty.

The Tango however that you don't see anymore is Still Tango.
That was uncarbonated Tango in plastic bottles. I remember it had a huge advertising campaign, which was also confusing because they made out the drink was an impostor and not to drink it. It was incredibly popular when I was at school and always sold out in the sweet shop. Then they had a total disaster when it turned out the drink was fermenting in the bottle and making people ill, so they really did have to tell people not to drink it and recall all bottles. I seem to remember it relaunched a few years later, but after the disaster, negative press and lack of advertising of it being a new product this time, it didn't last long before they pulled it for good.

Global Hyper Colour Tshirts!

They looked great on girls :)

Wonder why you cant get them anymore. The original ones seem to last a good few washes before the effects wore off. Wish i hadn't thrown mine out now

C&A who are already being discussed in the thread as no longer being in the UK market were the main stockists for Hypercolour t-shirts and its where I got mine.

The reasons why they aren't popular anymore are obvious:

- They were hugely popular and they couldn't keep up with demand making them. Everybody had them and knock offs started appearing.

- When they got washed wrong they stopped working and faded over time anyway.

- It was a fun product as a kid, but ultimately its a t-shirt that shows that you are hot and will just make it more obvious if you are hot and bothered and sweating. Not something most people want to advertise!

Probably been mentioned already;

Anyone remember Do It All (the shop).
Was rubbish but useful at desperate moments.

And thanks to the internet there is no such thing as niche pornography!

So Paddy started his first day working on a building site and as the foreman finished off showing him around the site and what he would be doing he took him to the office and started to hand out his safety gear.

"Hear this is your helmet said the foreman", Paddy replied "What does the F and B mean?" so the foreman instructed him that it meant front and back.

Next Paddy got his boots and again he asked "What does the L & R mean?" to which the foreman said it denoted which was the left and the right.

Paddy let out a knowing "ahhhhh" to which he replied, "I wondered why my wife always bought her knickers from C & A."

Big red chewing gum
I always see them in a supermarket I stop in before, though that's the only place I've noticed them.

Raleigh Chopper bike, I had one as a kid and it was my first bike after learning to ride a bike. As everyone knows it was most known for it's handling and safety issues but even still I bloody loved it :)
