yeh shes a bit pants if you have an AD thats a bit suicidal and never buys pots, but generally I think shes pretty neat.

Are they really nerfing Eve? my god her ulti isnt exactly all that powerful, they better be nerfing amumu in the process and sorting out blitz so that he isnt always insta banned 99% of the time!

amumu is getting nerfed also, will try to find the patch notes for you :)

Her ult is extremely powerful. Don't underestimate it :P. Max health ulti's are ridiculous. She's an AP assassin who also has perfect tank killing capability. got 5k health? Not anymore!

It's getting a massive nerf, ultimately - they're changing it to scale with current health instead of maximum health, which to me is almost breaking for her late game. She's still going to destroy everybody early game as far as I can see.
 
Her W + ghost makes her escape out of pretty much most situation. Have to use W after exhaust / slow so it debuffs it.

She's one of my regularly used champions and I tend to go AD (other times AP). Her ulti is pretty crazy if you think about it, barrier + % health damage + slow.

Can chase down anyone except Shen :p
 
maybe i was wrong about amumu his ult is apparently getting buffed?

Ultimate now "Prevents attacks and movements" instead of only rooting ( This is relative to changes from the last PBE patch )
 
His ult is ridiculous, the reason hes banned all the time in ranked games, whole cc teams are ridculously powerfull, Amumu ult, malphite ult katarina ult sona ult and miss fortune ult, seen it in the S3 qualifiers was crazy.
 
they should buff galios to be the same...
and give at an op dot since its no longer reflecting damage.


since tanks are almost worthless in s3 because of how op ap became

Yea the sooner you make the transition the better imo, otherwise it feels too strange as I've heard from other players. I use it for all abilities including the 1, 2 and 3 keys for item actives.I leave my ult, R, on normal cast.

You could also try the hybrid kind of thing where it casts on key up instead of key down allowing you to display the range indicator but I don't like it.

Sounds good, will play around with it when im next on, yeah ill probably also use normal cast on my ult, probably make ignite smartcast also.
 
Smart casting is a different way to use your spells. If you where to use a skill, say, Akali's Mark of the Assasin, the skill requires a target. When you usually use said skill, you'd press q and then left click on your target. If you used the smart cast hotkeys, in this case a default setting of alt+q, then her Mark of the Assasin skill would hit the target your cursor was hovering over.

Essentially smart casting allows you to use skills without actually left clicking on a target, just hovering your mouse over the target and using the hotkeys

You know how when you press a letter for a spell and then you click on the champion or location you want it to go? Smart cast means you just press the letter and it's wherever your mouse is. So Taric's stun you would just hover your mouse over them and press E, instead of pressing E then clicking.
 
I tried it, found it hard to judge the range of abilities and reverted.

Maybe I should retry it, as I tend to only hear good things about it
 
Smart-cast is MUCH better imo because it makes it so much easier to land combo's quicker. In games like this where things happen very quickly it's always good to have to click less.
 
In a game based around seconds having a few extra milliseconds makes all the difference.

I struggled with range on the spells mate and still do with champs I rarely play, I just however over the q/w/e/r at the fountain to see their range to remind me and that is all. Trust me you will more than likely suck at first, I did but I stuck with it.
