Sent my faulty AX750 back to OCUK. Today I received an email saying that they had sent it for repair/replacement to Corsair.

What's peoples experience with this? How long does it normally take?

thanks!

My HX850 died last week only a year and bit old anent my system is mid spec trying to get a replacement atm from Corsair but cant find my invoice from where i bought it from :(.

My rma to them (Corsair) was about a week. Shame the replacement is faulty as well. Guess it will have to be 4th time lucky for me ( I hope).

Shouldn't need it. When I rma'd mine they just asked where it was bought from.

Had to send back the controller pod for my SP2500 Speakers. Hopefully it doesn't take to long! Hate having to use the headphones on my Windows PC...

who did people use to send back, need to send my psu back, not from ocuk so cant go via them, dpd asking about £25.

So far my experience has been less than positive. Vengence 2000 headphones cracked common problem supposedly. Waited a while for a response got none so posted on forums to move it along. Eventually had to pay for an advance rma that taken only a few days to arrive but now waiting on a pre paid return via ups. So far has involved 4 phone calls to California and several emails and forum posts.

The best bit is it can be expected to need to do this again in 4-6 months as they will keep cracking as its a design/manufacturer fault.

SSD returned

My Force 3 120GB SSD went bang. Posted back to Corsair via Royal Mail and in all it took about 17 days and that spanned the Xmas period so pretty happy with that. Enjoyed watching the tracking number as it moved through Europe!

Certainly wont be rushing out to buy any expensive corsair items in the near future still waiting on a ups label to send these back while they hold onto my £100.

I complained in the tech support chat that I would have to pay to send it back and they arranged for UPS to collect it for me...

Just moan and you will get it collected from you.

I've only ever returned RAM and USB sticks to Corsair. Though, I seem to recall having to send the ram to NL and the USB sticks (this was a few years ago - I returned broken 512MB ones and got 2GB ones back!) to the states.

Luckily I was able to post the ram off before leaving the country for a couple of weeks for work. The replacements were waiting when I got back
