Fair enough point really. York isn't really North East.

I'd be fine going to York though as it would mean being in a place I know really well with a load of people I don't know.

I've gone freelance now, i work wherever i get sent, i was in London for 5 weeks, now i'm in the Yorkshire dles for 4 weeks, then after that i might be on the isle of Arran in Scotland if the work comes through. I've worked all over though, i was head chef at royal oak in gt ayton for 4 yrs, i was head chef at Tithe bar in Northallerton for just shrt of a year,I've worked at Judges in Yarm, kings head in newton under roseberry, loadsmore lol, i like to move about - hence becoming freelance.

Did you work at wainstones when decker was there (Derek Richardson), his missus was front of house manager too, forgot her name though.
