How much disposable do you have?

Do you not get any income on the sly from DJing? :(

hahaha I think in all the years I played I never earned more than £20 - £50 a time. Most of that never materialised anyway and the other half of it was spent on travel, more tunes or equipment upgrades. Scary to think over the years how much I wasted on dj'ing. I had fun but it was an expensive hobby I now regret as all that money could have got me money for a mortage etc.

I probably have about 60% free each month, but I'm not that great at saving it (only saving through company chare scheme atm). Really need to stop spending so much going out, drinking etc - need a slightly better balance!

You've been saying that for about a year lol

£60 a day :(. Where is that?

Scallywags, right near Oakington (westwick). Superb place, but because I got in with the old childcare system I could run £250ish a month out of my wages before tax, so It doesn't actually cost me that in the end. Which Is why I'm sure nursery prices rose as soon as you could offset money with tax and the government :D My son only goes on a Monday thankfully :)

We looked at loads from the science park in town to our local ones and we settled on this one due to the standard of facilities and animals etc.

I thought I had it bad but my neighbour had his in 20 days per month and twin boys :D

I don't mean going to work for a nursery, as they indeed pay pittance, I mean going self-employed nanny-mode.

Her older sister just had a baby, as have many of her sister's friends, and they are all in high paying jobs, possibly an easy client list :D

Ah yeah I see what you mean, I have been looking at the Nanny routes for our son and tbh they don't get that great an hourly rate round here either. Maybe because of all the breakfast and after school clubs that have opened up. Like my sons school is £1 for early drop off and breakfast and another £1 for a late pick up.

I know, going out is too fun - almost as bad as -Ad- and his job applications :p.

Although it's only since moving to Aberdeen that I haven't really been saving much.

dont know, I never buy anything anyway...

other than essentials and enought beer to get drunk on fridays i purchased a starwars lego set for about £21 last month...

probably a few 100 more goes into the bank than comes out...

Hehe, I actually never normally post that kind of information on forums but seems as they asked. It is nice to compare to see how I'm doing in life, no offence meant by that.

Lost of hard work and overtime though. My missus also has a good job.
