Just phone them. They will try to persuade you to stay (of course), just be certain you no longer wish to continue and cancel it Depending on when you cancel, there may be a small charge for any time you used after the end of the contract (All perfectly normal and above board).
Really is easy to do. If you wish to keep your number, then ask for a PAC code.
