Not been on here for a while, decided to pop back for a bit :)

Just wondered who on here lifts, if you lift what are your stats? goals ? pr's ?

im 22. 6ft and weight 200lb 15% bodyfat bench is 90kg squat is 135kg and deadlift is 160kg. goal is to bench 200kg squat 180kg and deadlift 300kg.

hopefully ill be building a home gym soon so ill be taking pics, anyone else have a home gym they want to share pics with.

also, what motivates you ?

My routine is

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Biceps
Friday: Triceps
Saturday: Forearms
Sunday: Day of rest

I'm on protein which is really boosting my muscles and giving me a great pump.

Careful with protein, you might get too big - but at least you're not doing Creatine - that's almost like a steroid.
