Who lifts weights ?

I've been lifting for several years now and am making great gains.

My routine is

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Biceps
Friday: Triceps
Saturday: Forearms
Sunday: Day of rest

I'm on protein which is really boosting my muscles and giving me a great pump.

Mirin your gains brah, which protein should I get? I want to build muscle but not look like a meathead.

Let me work.
 
Just buy the most expensive one, the ones with a really big guy on - they use it and that's how they get that big. just choose the sort of size you want by the picture of the guy on the cover.

LOL! I've never thought of it like that. want fitness? get a little man. want to be ripped like a cover model, get one with a mens heath man on it. Want to be a beast? buy a 6kg tub with hulk or jay cutler on it haha
 
200kg bench and 180kg squat.. functional strength? wut?

i do see what your saying but, 180kg squat and ill have hulk legs especially for reps, i dont want them any bigger tbh. ill be strong on 300kg dead infact, if i got to 300kg dead my squat might even be involuntarily 200kg + id definitely not have chicken legs, my legs are a chunk of meat now and ionly do 5x5.
 
What about creatine? I hear from Skillmister that's a really powerful steroid...

Will I get too big if I take that? I don't want to be too massive...
 
200kg squat and 300kg deadlift aren't balanced though. 200kg bench is even more imbalanced in this picture.

You realise that to bench 200kg you will need a huge back, huge chest and also rather large arms and shoulders?
With chicken legs, I'm going to guess yours are under 25", you will look silly :)

Come back when they're over 26" at least :p

eyy, ive not squatted for 4 months now, so im guessing they had a few more inches before, using a home gym atm so im desperate to either buy a powercage or get back to the proper gym but i cant afford it, stuck with upper exercises fora short while aha.
