Company cars - Worth it?

Does not compute.

I read it as he must get a car through his company lease scheme, but if he chooses a cheaper car he gets the difference back as paye. But he can't not have anything and take the full amount.

But then you have to drive around in... a commercial vehicle which understandably many people don't want to do? Hence why not many do it.
